Manual sync jobs are intentionally hidden until the hosted worker and Google sync path are ready.
The route is now part of the public hosted shell, so the information architecture can land before the Google-backed sync flows.
Add queue-backed sync actions and worker execution after the memory connectors land.
This shell is intentionally honest about scope: the UI map is here, but the Google and sync implementation lands in the later memory + worker PR.
