Raw file and manifest exports will appear here after the hosted snapshot pipeline is online.
The route is now part of the public hosted shell, so the information architecture can land before the Google-backed sync flows.
Add blob-backed export browsing after sync and snapshot storage are implemented.
This shell is intentionally honest about scope: the UI map is here, but the Google and sync implementation lands in the later memory + worker PR.
